This stainless steel infuser and strainer is one of my favourites - it sits beautifully in most cups and has a lid so the volatile oils and heat don’t escape, when the brew is ready the little lid acts as a saucer to pop the strainer on so it’s pretty neat. Some infusers are a little slow in their availability but these are very fast - if you pour hot water onto a teaspoon of cut herbs you’ll see the colour change in the water immediately.
Easy to clean, no fuss, fantastic accompaniment to a herbal tea!
